Jamilyn Designs was started by Jamilyn Daniels in 2003.  I began making jewelry in 2002 and quickly fell in love with making lampwork beads for my jewelry designs.   In particular, the huge range of colors, textures, and patterns possible with glasswork is my favorite aspect of this medium. 

I combine my own handmade glass beads with silver beads imported from Bali, Indonesia, as well as Swarovski crystals and all sterling silver components. 

It gives me great pleasure to see others wearing my creations and most people become repeat customers if not collectors of my work.   I strive to make jewelry that draws the eye, but doesn’t overwhelm the senses. 

My glass studio is in my home in Portland Oregon, where I also make my jewelry by hand.
